The DTI product line dedicated to the pizza & bakery offers the possibility to quickly and easily program all the most advanced cooking functions of convection ovens.
Using intuitive and modern touchscreen interfaces, you can manage, for example, specific cooking parameters, recipes, PID temperature control, timers, steam output or manual mode. 

Thanks to the connectivity system with DTI’s DConnect modules, all embedded products allow easy and secure connection to the cloud platform to plan and control work cycles even remotely.

The DHeat-M kit provides a ready-to-use solution with power unit and display board, configurable with 5” or 7” capacitive display. In addition, through DTI’s HMI solutions, TFTs up to 10.1” or 32” are available.
