Composite wirings

DTI offers comprehensive support for the supply of composite wirings. Starting from the technical department, we support the customer in the selection of components and produce samples and technical drawings to support product approval.
The production department uses state-of-the-art equipment for cutting, stripping and crimping cables, such as Komax’s Alpha 530 and many other semi-automatic presses.
DTI quality control measures the crimping strength of the terminals on the cable and tests the wiring with electronic testing.
DTI can also supply the finished product with an electronic solution and wiring, which is certainly a plus point for the customer. The production structure ensures flexibility and consistent quality in both product and cabling supply and guarantees a short lead time at competitive prices.
