DTI’s product line dedicated to the pizza & bakery offers the possibility of quick and easy program of all the most advanced refrigerated counter management functions.

Using intuitive and modern touchscreen interfaces, you can manage, for example, specific temperature parameters (from – 50 to + 150 °C), timed or direct defrost cycles. In addition, the thermostat is able to detect and signal any anomalies or malfunctions.
