Hot-melt wirings

Co-moulding technology makes it possible to seal a part of the wiring and make it protected from moisture and vapour. It is particularly suitable where there are cable joints.

The investment made by DTI has made it possible to integrate a low-pressure rigid rubber co-moulding machine with hot melt material into the production process. The use of co-moulding can be used both for wiring and for small electronic parts.
The know-how developed over the years on this technology makes it possible to guarantee the customer a rapid feasibility response during the product development phase.
